■ Product overview
The "TM sheet" applies the extruding and rolling technique of the insulating tape cultivated by Furukawa Electric for many years, and has achieved a flexible sheet even if a filler for thermal conductivity or electromagnetic wave absorption is filled. Since silicone rubber is not used as the material, even if the sheet is heated, there is no whitexan that causes failure such as poor contact.
■ Characteristics
The TM seat is a processed product of synthetic rubber that contains special fillers, such as acrylic rubber or elastomers, to improve thermal conductivity and flame retardancy. Because it is flexible and adhesive, it adheres to the heat -generated department and heat sink, and has a heat dissipation effect.
■ Shiroxan -free
The TM sheet is a high -performance heat dissipation sheet using acrylic rubber, elastomer, etc. Low molecular weight shiroxan does not occur, so no obstacles such as contact are caused.
■ Compatible with ROHS
All TM seats are compatible with ROHS regulations and do not include harmful substances.
■ Halogen -free/lead free
It does not contain harmful substances for the environment, halogen, lead, and frons, which are ozone destroyed substances.
■ Acquisition of UL94
We have prepared various grades that have passed the UL standard, which is a proof of safety. There is no problem with exports of appliances. (Ul.file No.E210580)
