Water quality analysis meter for life science, food and beverage industries

◾️ Application
UNIFIT CPA842 Process holder meets very high requirements for inline cleaning and sterilization. PH/ORP, dissolved oxygen, conductive rate, or bacterial concentration sensor can be easily installed in tanks and pipes of sterilized applications. UNIFIT is designed in accordance with EHEDG, 3-A, ASME BPE, FDA and USP 88 Class VI.

UNIFIT CPA842 can be used in tanks and pipes in the following applications.
・ Food and beverage industry
・ Life science industry
・ Chemical industry

Supports pressure up to 1.6 mpa (stainless steel).

・ Prevents intersection of cross-pollution by EHEDG CLASS I, 3-A standard 74-05, ASME BPE, FDA and USP 88 Class VI.
・ Prevention of contamination by leak detection options and electrode seals
・ Prevents the adhesion of the residue by finishing the electrolytic surface (RA = 0.38 µm or 0.76 µm)
・ Ideal for CIP (fixed -cleaning) and SIP (sterilized sterilization)
・ Flexibly conforms to all applications through various processing connections with sanitari specifications
