Dangerous place, compact essential safety 24 VDC interface module for SIL system
■ Applications
1 Channel/2 Channel RN22 Active Barrier supplies power to analog equipment loops and Sil 2 (SC 3). The essential safety HART® through interface establishes reliable connection between field devices and process control. Connect to a two -line/4 -wire device in a dangerous place, and supply additional signal outputs that are electrically insulated according to Namur Ne 175. This opens additional channels for process optimization domains without affecting the conventional automation system.

・ 0/4-20 MA analog signal transmission (Namur Ne 43) and electrical insulation
・ Essential safety corresponding to use in dangerous places (Zone 2)
・ Two directions HART® communication (HART® through)
・ Connection of 2 -wire/4 -wire devices in a dangerous place (Zone 0/20)
・ Viper temperature range: -40 ~+60 ° C (-40 ~+140 ° f)

・ Equipment and safety interface device ideal for use on a safety planning system up to SIL 2 (SC 3) compliant with IEC 61508
・ The screw terminal/easy and easy wiring with push -in terminals or power supply via the power rail T connector
