About This Product
1,200V single high-side gate driver IC with active Miller clamp, DESAT, and short-circuit clamping. EiceDRIVER™ 1,200V High Side Gate Driver delivers typical 2A source current and 2A sink current in a DSO-16 wide body package for IGBTs. All logic pins are pin compatible with 5V CMOS and can be directly connected to a microcontroller. Coreless transformer technology can be used to transmit data across galvanic isolation.
