Feature ■ Radar system based on the world's first SIL2/PLD standard Control performance request level PLD and safety level SIL2 in robots and robot systems are satisfied, and radar systems can be operated to protect operator operators in industrial safety applications. ■ Configuration for category 3 is possible The use of an ISC-B01 controller enhances safety by simultaneously monitoring at least two sensors in the same danger area. (Configuration of category 3) ■ Safe restart prevention function The LBK System detects that there is an operator in the dangerous area and prevents the restart of the machine, so it is no longer needed to confirm that the operator is secured before restarting the machine. ■ It functions even in environments that are difficult to use with optical and laser sensors. LBK System is a system that is less likely to be affected by the environment such as mechanical processing, such as smoke, dust, cut powder, and splashes. Optical equipment often breaks down due to dust, smoke, water or waste generated in the manufacturing process. We have developed and adopted a sophisticated 24GHz radar algorithm that reduces false alarms under these environmental conditions and improves productivity. ■ Three types of controllers according to equipment connection Due to differences in communication functions, you can choose from three control units: ISC-B01, ISC-B02, and ISC-B03.
