In the conventional safety device, the low -speed range was as large as the inertial value of the press brake + 5 mm, and the work efficiency was reduced. With the new safety device DSP-AP, high-speed descent is possible to 2mm on the material plate, achieving high productivity.

High -speed and descent to 2mm on the material plate can now be descended, so the high -speed monitoring range has expanded, making it higher than before. Hardware is also designed in safety PLC and is controlled by a high -level system.
･ 3 modes can be used for various works such as box bending.
Mode 1: All zone valid
Mode 2: Central zone valid mode (used when bending box)
Mode 3: In front of the front and central zone valid mode, even in a box bending work that cuts the light axis on the front, it is possible to process only the center optical axis in the box bending mode. Even if it is stopped due to shading, you can disable the optical axis and continue processing by stepping on the driving hoot. (Returned processing)
･ It is easy to move optical axis adjustment and mold replacement.
It is very fast and easy because the light axis can be adjusted while looking at the attached test heath because the laser is throwing light. Even when replacing the mold, it can be fixed to the position where the mold is avoided by simply sliding the body upward, and the stopper function can be returned to the same position. In addition, the sensor measures the plate thickness and automatically measure the sudden stop distance.

Establish more solid safety with nine light receiving points. We adopt a wide surface-shaped special-shaped laser that has been well received by the DSP-J type. It is a laser shape with excellent vibration and detection, which firmly captures 9 light receiving points.
･ Work smoothly with automatic plate thickness detection function
In conventional safety devices, the material may be stopped due to the distortion and shapes of the material, and the upper type may be stopped. However, even if the material detection function of the DSP-AP is detected, it is possible to bend at an appropriate pressurized point, even if the material discharged from the roller is warped or distorted.
