Figure4® Modular is a scalable, semi-automated 3D manufacturing solution that grows as your business grows. Production capacity can scale up to 10,000 units per month to meet current and future needs, enabling unprecedented manufacturing agility. In addition to being able to add up to 24 print engines, it also features automatic job and queue management, automatic material feeding, and centrally managed post-processing functions.
Additionally, Figure 4 Modular's end-to-end digital manufacturing workflow is ideal for low- to medium-volume production and bridge production. Additionally, each printer can run different materials and jobs as a single high-throughput line to produce large numbers of parts.
■Module scalability
The basic configuration of Figure 4 Modular consists of one printer and one central controller. This allows you to easily add up to 24 printers to a single controller with flexible layout configurations, quickly doubling production without interrupting on-site operations.
■Low total cost of ownership
Figure 4 Modular allows companies to go directly to manufacturing from digital CAD files, so they can start shipping finished parts immediately, without tooling costs or time. This semi-automatic solution reduces labor with automatic job and queue management, automatic material feeding system.
