About This Product
The Rista Series is a small water meter series that has been used by many people since the launch of 1961 (Showa 36).
The liquor rice hydrated rusta F7 has changed the lower limit of the measurement range from 8 % to 7 %, so that the measurement range and measurement targets have been further enhanced compared to the conventional Wristo Rista F4. In addition, by adding a new withering koji to the measurement target, the range of use will be expanded and can be used at the sake brewing site.

Low water -compatible sake rice rice, newly added sake rice koji (withering koji), brown rice, rice polishing and one selection button.
■ Universal design
Compared to the conventional rusta F4, the display and the push button are easier to see. The button is a universal design that is easy for anyone to use because the operation is divided into "selection", "average" and "measurement".
