About This Product

We provide excellent and highly reliable insulators used in a wide range of fields, mainly FA -related models such as services, inverters, and NCs, as well as industrial core models such as motors and transformers. Focusing on slit processing, press processing, ultrasonic welcome processing, and thermal molding processing is performed using its own processing technology and know -how.

■ Main processing contents
-The film composite machine incorporated a mold allows the material to be pounded into any shape and bent.
･ By slitter, it can be processed into a specified winding length in 5mm to 1m width.
･ Cutting (up to 1,300 mm) can be done by a numeric control cutter and a cutter.
･ Due to the mold and the Thomson mold, the strip processing (up to 600mm x 800 mm) can be processed with an etched blade for the precision shape.
･ Laminated machine allows double -sided tape to be processed and laminated. We also support laminated products.
･ Ultrasonic welders can process the film into a tube state.
