This device is a device that directly marks the power device mounted on electric and electric power, LED, LCD TV, etc. to directly mark 2D cords on a highly heated metal substrate.
■ Characteristics
･ You can mark the serial number, the place of origin, the 2D code for process management, etc. directly to the metal board using the Fayb laser system.
･ Fayb laser is equipped with a cover protection film and a shutter mechanism for carry -out.
･ Equipped with a read confirmation function after printing.
･ We have a built -in visual inspection conveyor for workers to check the work after printing.
･ Fix it with a jig (option) to prevent deflection on the metal substrate.
･ The print data can be centrally managed on the server.
･ Connect to a higher -level production system and manage traceability.
･ It also supports driving data collection (operating time, printing time, abnormal equipment, etc.). (E-F@Ctory compatible)
･ We are developing a print data management command in cooperation with a laser unit manufacturer.
