About This Product
■High viscosity/slurry transfer possible
It can also transport solid particles up to 9.4 mm and high viscosity liquids up to 10,000 mPa・s.
■No worries about liquid leakage
The biggest concern when transporting chemicals is liquid leakage from the pump. AODD pumps that do not have mechanical seals do not allow the transferred fluid to leak to the outside.
■Self-priming pump will not break even if run dry
Diaphragm pumps without mechanical seals are capable of self-priming even when running dry, and are highly durable when running dry.
■Easy to handle
It has a simple structure that is easy to move and install, and customers can disassemble and maintain it themselves. This pump has very few replacement parts and is extremely easy to maintain.
■Safe structure with easy control
AODD pumps, which are powered by compressed air, can control the flow rate by adjusting the air pressure and the valve opening of the transfer piping. Even if the valve is closed or the piping is clogged, the pressure will not exceed the supply air pressure. The structure has very little risk of damage or failure.
■Various material models
The material of the pump body can be selected from aluminum, stainless steel, PP, and PVDF depending on the chemical solution. All models use PTFE specifications with a back diaphragm as standard, ensuring high durability.
