Model Description
85mΩ high -performance power switch ■ Characteristics The XA8107 series is a power switch IC with a built -in low -on PCH MOS FET. The protection function includes a current restriction function, a backflow prevention function (prevention of backflow from VOUT → VIN), a soft start function, a thermal shutdown function, and a low voltage malfunction prevention circuit (UVLO). In addition, it is equipped with a flag function that monitors the power switch status. The flag terminal has an NCH opened train output, outputs a LOW level during the over -current detection and overheating function. Depending on the voltage level applied to the CE terminal, the IC can be set to a standby state. CE terminal input logic can be selected from HIGH Active and Low Active.
