Ultra -small, low -current type voltage detector ■ Characteristics The XC6120 series is a voltage detector that uses CMOS processes and laser trimming technology to achieve high accuracy and low current consumption. The current consumption is small and high accurate and suitable for precision mobile devices. Ultra -small packages are used, suitable for high -density implementation. There are two types of output forms: CMOS output and N-CH open drain output.
