Model Description
300mA/500ma high -speed regulator (Vin = 10V, with voltage detector) ■ Characteristics The XC6413 series is a multi -function IC that combines multifunctional VR and VD. The VR part is a CMOS process that realizes high accuracy, low noise, high ripple removal, and low dropouts. Output voltage 0.9V to 5.5V, detection voltage 0.9V to 6.0V, laser trimming can be set in 0.1V step inside. It also supports low ESR capacitors such as ceramic capacitors to output stabilization capacitors (CL). In addition, a stable output can be obtained by a good transient response even during load fluctuations. It operates as a constant current restricted circuit and a foldback (fleet) circuit as a restriction of the output current, the output current limit, and the out -circuit protection of the output terminal.
