Model Description
300mA/500ma High -speed voltage regulator (with voltage detector) ■ Characteristics The XC6403 series is a multi -function IC that combines large -class multifunctional VR and VD. The VR part is a CMOS process that realizes high accuracy, low noise, high ripple removal, and low dropouts. The output voltage is 0.9 to 5.6V, and the detected voltage is 0.9V to 5.5V, so it can be set in the 0.1V step inside by laser trimming. It also supports low ESR capacitors such as ceramic capacitors to output stabilization capacitors (CL). In addition, a stable output can be obtained by a good transient response even during load fluctuations. The output current is restricted and the output terminal is protected by the constant current restricted circuit and the foldback (Fold) circuit. The XC6403A -C type can be standby mode of the VR part with the EN function. The XC6403D type can standby mode of all circuits by the CE function (semi -custom). In the standby mode, the current consumption is greatly reduced. XC6403A and B type have a built -in field function. In addition, the B type can turn off the regulator output after VD detection (semi -custom). Since the XC6403e type has a VSEN terminal, it is possible to monitor other power supply (semi -custom). The XC6403F series can delay the output of the VD with the VD condensed sadille function. The delay time can be adjusted by the capacitor (semi -custom). There are optional settings such as detector monitoring department, detector output logic, CE, EN terminal input logic, internal pull -up, pull -down resistance, etc., and can select functions that match systems such as PR power lady function (semi -custom).
