Model Description
700mA high -speed voltage regulator (with voltage detector) ■ Characteristics The XC6402 series is a multi -function IC that combines large current/multifunctional regulator and detector. The regulator part is a CMOS process that realizes high, accuracy, low noise, and low dropouts. Inside, it consists of a reference voltage source, an error amplifier, a driver orthrain, a current restricted circuit, a voltage detector, a phase compensation circuit, etc. With a built -in low -on resistor transistor, it is possible to expand the battery use area to the smaller entry / output voltage difference, and realizes the long life of the battery. The output stabilization capacitor (CL) also supports low ESR capacitors such as ceramic capacitors. The XC6402C series can enable standby mode of the regulator part by EN function, which significantly reduces current consumption in the standby mode. The XC6402F series can delay VD output by the VD condensed sadille function. The delay time can be adjusted by the capacitor. There are optional settings such as detector monitoring department, detector output logic, EN terminal input logic, internal pull -up, pull -down resistance, etc., so you can select functions that match the system.
