Model Description
Large current high -speed LDO regulator ■ Characteristics The XC6210 series is a CMOS process that realizes high accuracy, low noise, and low dropouts, a large current LDO regulator IC. The interior consists of a reference voltage source, an error amplifier, a driver orthrangist, a current restricted circuit, a phase compensation circuit, etc. With a built -in low -on resistor transistor, it is possible to expand the battery use area to the smaller entry / output voltage difference, and realizes the long life of the battery. The output stabilization capacitor (CL) also supports low ESR capacitors such as ceramic capacitors. The output voltage can be set in 0.05V steps from 0.80V to 5.00V by laser trimming. It operates as a restriction of output current and protection of output terminals by constant current restricted circuit and foldback (Fold) circuit. The output is turned off by the CE function and it becomes standby mode. In the standby mode, the current consumption is greatly reduced.
