High -efficiency rising antihypertensive DC/DC controller ■ Characteristics The XC9303 series is a general -purpose high -clock -efficient rising high -efficiency high -effect DC/DC controller IC for PWM, PWM/PFM external switching control. Transistor x 3, coil, diode, capacitors, resistance to output voltage detection and capacitors can achieve a high -powered ultra -highly efficient DC/DC converter. PWM, PWM/PFM external switching control function and synchronous rectifier external switching function can achieve optimal operating environment for applications. PWM control synchronous rectified operations or PWM/PFM Automatic switching control synchronous operation can be switched arbitrarily by external signals. The PWM/PFM automatic switching control shifts from PWM control to PFM control during light load, and achieves high efficiency in the total load area from light load to large output current. PWM control can easily damage the noise because the switching frequency is fixed. The output voltage can be set up from 2.0V to 6.0V for external parts with an internal reference voltage source (accuracy ± 2.0%) of 0.9V. The switching frequency is as high as 300kHz, and the external parts can be reduced. The soft start time is set to 10ms inside, preventing an input current rush and output voltage overshoot.
