PWM, PWM/PFM Switching Relocation DC/DC Controller ■ Characteristics The XC9302 series is a general -purpose high -speed clock riding DC/DC converter controller with a built -in high -speed low -on resistance driver. A total of four external parts of transistor x 2, coil, diode x 2, and capacitors can achieve high -performance high -performance high -performance DC/DC converters. The output voltage can be set in 0.1V steps from 2.4V to 6.0V (accuracy ± 2.5%) inside. The switching frequency is as high as 180kHz or 300kHz, and the external parts can be reduced. The PWM/PFM switching control type XC9302 series shifts from PWM control to PFM control during light load. This achieves high efficiency in the total load area from light load to large power current. The soft start time is set to 10ms inside, preventing current rush and overshoot when standing. At the time of standby (CE terminal "L"), the current consumption is reduced to 0.5 μA or less by stopping all circuits.
