Model Description
PWM, PWM/PFM Automatic switching pressure increase DC/DC converter ■ Characteristics The XC6371 series is an increase in pressure DC/DC converter by PWM, PWM/PFM automatic switching control. With a built -in 1.4Ω switching TR, the acceleration circuit can be easily constructed by attaching three points of coil, diode, and capacitors. The output voltage can be set in 0.1V steps from 2.0V to 7.0V (accuracy ± 2.5%). In addition, the oscillation frequency can be selected from three types, 50kHz, 100kHz, and 180kHz (accuracy ± 15%). It has a built -in soft start circuit, preventing rush of input current and output voltage when starting up. There is also a package product with a CE (chip enable) function that suppresses current consumption when the operation is stopped.
