Model Description
PWM, PWM/PFM Switching Pressure DC/DC Controller ■ Characteristics The XC6368 series is an external component of transistors, coils, diodes, and capacitors, and is a high -efficiency DC/DC converter that achieves high efficiency. The output voltage can be set in 0.1V steps from 1.5V to 6.5V (accuracy ± 2.5%) inside (VOUT). In addition to VOUT products, a 1.0V reference voltage source is built -in, and a type (FB product) that sets the output voltage arbitrarily with external parts. Since the switching frequency is as high as 300kHz, it is possible to reduce the external parts. The XC6368 series of the PWM/PFM switching control type operates with PFM control during light load, achieving high efficiency in all areas from light load to large output current. The soft start time is a type (A, B, E type) set to 10 msec inside, and a type that can be adjusted with external resistance and capacitors (C, D, F type). With the standby function, it can be used in the operation stop (CE terminal "L") with a current consumption of 0.5 μA or less.
