1A synchronous rectifier antihypertensive DC/DC converter ■ Characteristics The XC9223 series is a 0.21Ω (Typ.) PCH driver TR, and 0.23Ω (Typ.) NCH synchronous rectifier DC/DC converter with a built -in switch TR. By reducing the on -resistance of the built -in TR, you can supply high -efficiency and stable current up to 1.0A. The switching frequency is as high as 1MHz or 2MHz, so you can select a small inductor and is ideal for HDDs and space -saving applications with height restrictions. The current restriction can be selected by the LIM terminal, "H" = 1.2a, and "L" = 0.6A. For example, if the power supply is a USB and an AC adapter, the current restriction value is different, and it can be selected according to the specification. You can select PWM control and PWM/PFM automatic switching control by Mode/Sync terminal. In addition, unnecessary noise production can be reduced by synchronizing with external CLK in an internal CLK in a range of ± 25%. In order to protect the IC from thermal destruction, we have three protection functions: accumulation latch protection, thermal shutdown, and short -circuit protection circuit. U.V.L.O (Under Voltage Lock Out) function is built -in, and input voltage 1.8V or less is forcibly turned off the internal driver TR. The B type has a built -in voltage detector, allowing any voltage monitoring by external resistance.
