Input voltage 25V corresponding anti -pressure synchronous rectification DC/DC controller IC ■ Characteristics The XC9213 series is a DC/DC converter controller of the N-CH-N-CH drive with a built-in boot strap-type driver circuit. By inserting several tens of mΩ resistors (RSENSE) for current sense, phase compensation when using a low ESR capacitor is performed. In addition, the current is restricted by overcurrent detection, and after a certain period of time, the output is shuted down after a certain period of time, which is a double protection. It is possible to set an output voltage arbitrarily from 1.5V to 15V with an external resistor (RFB1, 2) with a 1.0V (accuracy ± 2.0%) reference voltage source. You can prepare a MODE (PWM/PFM switching) terminal, select the PWM movement of the simplified rectification and the Current Limit PFM/PWM automatic switching operation that has stopped synchronous rectification. Built -in voltage detector and can monitor any voltage by external resistance. At the time of standby (CE terminal "L"), the current consumption is reduced to 4.0 μA or less by stopping all circuits.
