Model Description
Coil integrated antihypertensive DC/DC converter ("Micro DC/DC") ■ Characteristics The XCL205 series is an ultra -small (2.5mm x 2.0mm, H = 1.0mm) antihypertensive DC/DC converter that integrates the coil and control IC. By adding two ceramic capacitors to the external, you can configure a power supply with a large load current of 600mA. The operating voltage is 2.0V to 6.0V. The output voltage can be set in 0.05V steps from 0.8 to 4.0V. The control IC is a synchronous rectifier method that operates at 3MHz of switching and has a built -in 0.42ΩPCH driver TR. High -speed response, low ripple, and high efficiency are realized in the full load area from light load to heavy load, and all circuits are stopped during standby to reduce current consumption to 1.0 μA or less. In addition, a built -in UVLO (Under Voltage Lock Out) function is built -in, and if the input voltage is 1.4V or less, the internal driver tr. With the XCL205B type, the output voltage is launched at 0.25ms (TYP) as a high -speed soft start function. In the XCL205B and C type, the charge of the load capacity CL is discharged through the internal resistance by turning on the internal switch between LX-VSS during the standby with the CL discharge function. With this discharge function, the output voltage can be returned to VSS level at high speed.
