Model Description
400ma coil integrated antihypertensive DC/DC converter ("micro DC/DC") ■ Characteristics The XCL201 series is an ultra -small (2.5mm x 2.0mm, H = 1.0mm) antihypertensive DC/DC converter that integrates coils and control ICs. By simply adding two ceramic capacitors to the external, you can configure a maximum load current of 400mA. The operating voltage is 2.0V to 6.0V. The output voltage can be set in 0.05V steps from 0.8 to 4.0V. The control IC operates at 1.2MHz switching frequency, and is a synchronous rectifier method with a built -in 0.42ΩPCH driver TR. The UVLO (Under Voltage Lock Out) function is built -in, and if the input voltage is 1.4V or less, the internal driver tr. With a built -in high -speed soft start function, the output voltage is launched at 0.25ms (TYP). In addition, the CL discharge function is also built in, and the charge of the load capacity CL is disguised through internal resistance by turning on the internal switch between LX-VSS during the standby. With this discharge function, the output voltage can be returned to VSS level at high speed.
