1.4a coil integrated type pressure increase DC/DC converter "Micro DC/DC" ■ Characteristics The XCL105 series is a 0.17Ω NCH driver FET and 0.23Ω PCH synchronous rectifying switch FET with a built -in coil -integrated pressure -based dc/DC converter. It can be started from 0.9V input voltage and can be used with alkaline or nickel hydrogen battery. The output voltage can be set in the 0.1V step in the range of 1.8V to 5.5V. In the standby mode, the A/D/G/J type reduces the output voltage at high speed by the CL discharge function to prevent malfunction of the output device. The B/E/H/K type conducts input and output by the bypass function, enabling the driving of the second stage device. The C/F/M/L type cuts the intention of input and output by the load cutting function, enabling parallel connection with other power supply.
