The RF signal input of the PFD is designed to be used in the RF output signal of the DFC MD. Error signals generated by PFD are supplied for entering the Falc110 regulator. The main output of FALC enables remote switching of high -speed feedback circuit that transforms semiconductor laser current by passing PFD. The copy of the error signal (mon.out) is used to configure a slow feedbuck loop closing circuit on all digital PIDs of the DL PRO semiconductor laser scanning (FINE IN) and the DLC PRO semiconductor laser controller. DFC UI Software (Topas DFC) can enable or disabled low -speed and high -speed feedbuck loops by operating button operations.
