Model Description
The cells under culture can be extended; if the setup of a microscope is compatible, it works by adding a stress load to the cells that proliferate in the culture.
While enabling imaging before and after extension, the cells in a single chamber are extended in one or two directions.
The mechanical extension unit of the system operates in the incubator on the upper microscope, and the control unit and video output are placed outside.
64 programmed extension pattern saves the valuable time for researchers and surprisingly easy to begin experiments.
It contains a two -way stretch parameter, but it is also possible to stimulate the extension by one -axis stretch.
