Model Description
This module is the GY sensor conversion module of the IRD series. GY sensor can be connected up to 2 axes. Various industrial networks (CC-Link, CC-Link IE Field, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, by combining with the IRD series master module. EtherCat, Ethernet (Modbus/TCP)) is available. ■ Connected probe ・ G1 type: GYCRS, GYMR6, GYFRS, GYHTR (maximum resolution 50 μm), GYKMR, GYRHP-MR6, EX-GYDT-RS ・ G2 type: GYCRP, EX-GYDS-RP ・ G3 type: GYHR ・ G4 Type: GYSE-R ・ G5 type: GYMS, GYGS ・ G6 type: IGY4 ■ Combination IRD Master Module ・ CC-Link: IRDM-CCL ・ CC-Link IE Field: IRDM-CFN ・ Ethernet/IP: IRDM-EP1 ・ EtherCat: IRDM-ECT ・ Ethernet (Modbus/TCP): IRDN-EIT ・ PROFIBUSDP: IRDM-DP ■ Features ・ IRDS-GY10: Acquire the position data and speed data of the 1-axis GY sensor ・ IRDS-GY20: Acquired the location data of the GY sensor of the 2 axis ・ Transfer to industrial network (CC-Link, CC-Link IE Field, Ethernet/IP, Ethernet, Ethernet, ProFibus) through IRD Master Module. ・ Analog output from other slave modules (IRDS-AIO, iRDS-AO4) or digital output (Irds-DO) ・ Change the internal settings from the top of the industrial network or the dedicated Windows software (IRD Manager) through the master module. ・ Preset: Set an offset for the current position output ・ Media Filter: Prevents data flying due to outpatient noise, etc. ・ Senszero/Full value setting: Calibration settings ・ Limit output of the upper and lower limit: Set the shiki value arbitrarily ・ Self -diagnostic function: internal IC abnormality, sensor unnecessary, sensor magnet abnormality ・ ROHS command support
