Model Description
■ Flange mounting shape type. The SRT option is equipped as standard. ・ Prove that has improved vibration resistance and impact resistance. We have achieved 10g of vibration resistance and 200g (2 msec). ・ Improved noise resistance by using a differential type (RS422) for the signal transmission between the controllers. ・ The minimum resolution of 1 μm has been achieved by combining with a digital output controller. ・ Thin heads enable the size of the device, and the flange mounting has improved the workability compared to the conventional screw type. ・ Different transmission (start stop) ■ Controller ・ GYHC: High -precision/high -performance analog output, 16 -bit decomposition ability, 2ch output, speed output, 2 points, 2 points output, high -speed sampling ・ GYFC2/3: Analog output (position output: 0-10V, 4 to 20mA, speed output: ± 10V) ・ GYDC-S1: Digital output (parallel output), standard type ・ GYDC-05: High accuracy/high-performance digital output, parallel output, A/B phase pulse output, SSI output addition, high-speed sampling ・ IRDS-GY: Connect to CC-LINK, CC-LINK IE Field, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, Ethernet, Ethernet, Ethernet, Ethernet, and Ethernet. ・ DC-Q: Unit that can be built-in to the sequencer manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric Co., Ltd. ■ SRT option This is a probe that has obtained signal stability at about 800g of shock that can be used for severe applications with vibration and shock conditions. (It does not guarantee the life of 800g shocks continuously) ■ Protection standard ・ P67: It can withstand 30 minutes of use up to 1m depth. (It cannot be used for continuous submerged applications) ・ IP68: It can be used by dying in the water continuously under the water pressure of 30m (300 kpa). (The submerged performance is demonstrated in the mixed state of the connector) * Accuracy is applied to a sensor with an effective stroke of 300mm or more. A sensor of less than 300mm is equivalent to a 300mm sensor specification. * Resolution differs depending on the combination controller.
