By dissolving the crushed styrofoam with an electric heat heater, the volume is reduced to about 1/50. * The reduction rate varies depending on the foam ratio of the raw material.
･ Ingot automatic cutting
A automatically cuts into a predetermined length of an ingot in a plate -shaped shape. It is easy to transport and store.
･ No need to cool the ingot
No extra options are required due to the standard equipment of the cooling mechanism. There is no need to immerse the ingot in water.
