Features / functions
■ In -house high resolution multi -focus open pipe
･ Multi -stage electromagnetic lenses and high -brightness filament realize extremely small focus and high contrast. Resolution 0.4μm (JIMA chart) guarantee
･ Focus size can be selected from 0.4/0.6 μm for observation of fiber and micro cracks, 1.0/2.0 μm for observation of CT imaging and semiconductor electronic components, and 3.0 μm for implementation boards and BGAs.
■ A wealth of measurement options with abundant roles per unit
･ CT Options (Orthogist/Simple inclined CT) function can be added
･ Heating device (reflow simulation+real -time video storage) can be added
* The CT unit and the heating device unit can be easily switched by attaching and detaching the stage.
･ Automation of image processing of transparent images and custom support such as loader unloader
