About This Product
■Measurement of weld seams - high speed, high resolution, high efficiency
The new Qeye 800 delivers fast, high resolution and efficient optical analysis and measurement of samples. It is especially suitable for measuring and inspecting standardized weld seams according to DIN EN ISO 5817. The proven and easy-to-use Qpix Control2 software comes standard with measurement tools such as A-dimensions, depth burn-in, evaluation limits, and compliant inspection reports.
An integrated graphical template mode allows you to manage predefined measurement elements and the QATM standard catalog as well as customer-specific templates.
Qeye allows you to save time and perform detailed analysis and measurements with maximum precision. The robust design provides flexibility when changing the glass sample carrier, is completely dust-tight thanks to cleanroom assembly, and has a modern industrial design.

■Optimized sample lighting
IAI = Intelligent Area Illumination. The Qeye system is equipped with innovative LED laboratory lighting. Each of the four lighting profiles (right, left, front, rear) can be turned ON/OFF individually and continuously. This makes it possible for the first time to perform accurate and rapid inspections without worrying about light effects or reflections.
■Touch control panel
Qeye offers ease of use with freely programmable capacitive buttons. The central Q lights up to indicate the current status and acts as an image trigger. You can control LED lighting, zoom, viewing angle, and brightness by configuring the buttons in the corners. The soft-touch control panel responds naturally, even when wearing gloves.
