Roots blower
Tyruo Roots Blower is our latest high -performance vacuum and pressure generator. The Tyr family has set new standards in efficiency and low noise. It can be used for both vacuum or pressure, and can be converted at any time.
Tyruo roots blower is ideal for use such as wastewater treatment, air transportation, and aquaculture, as it can obtain a differential pressure. Tyr blower has a variety of sizes, and the optimal configuration according to each process is possible.
Operating principle
The operating principle of the Tyruo roots blower is the roots method backed by the achievement. The two rotors arranged in parallel in the housing are three leaves and rotate in the opposite direction to each other. The gas is captured by rotating the rotor and transferred to the exhaust outlet. Then pass through the exhaust silencer and exhaust.
The merit of the Tyr WT series
The Tyr WT Roots Blower has high reliability and durability with its robust design and high -precision production technology. In addition, the flow rate of the blower stage is optimized, so high efficiency is also realized.
The Tyr WT Blower adopts a transmission method via the V -belt and is driven by an efficient class IE3 motor. With this shifting method, the speed of the blower can be strictly adjusted. The belt tension between the motor and the blower stage is automatically adjusted. Due to the non -contact type operation principle, there is no need for lubricant or operating fluid on the compressed chamber. The only annual maintenance is a simple inspection of the V -belt tension and the replacement of filters and gear oils. The Tyr WT Blower's intake and exhaust silencer has innovative sound insulation performance. Using the optional silence box, you can lower the noise value by further by 20 db (a). Tyr Wt Blower conforms to any requirements by using a variety of accessories and design options.
