About This Product
It is a laser distance setting type sensor that allows you to position the position of the work and detect an object on the transport line that flows various works by adopting a TOF system that is difficult to affect the distance and the shape of 4m and the shape. (TOF sensor), a general photodeline sensor is powerful in detecting aluminum materials that are difficult to detect.
It is a small spot laser light without being affected by the color of the detection, and is ideal for protruding, positioning, and stepping by step.
TOF (Time of Flight) method
The time it takes to return the pulse -emitted laser to return to the object and convert it to the distance, it is resistant to the effects of the object of the object and can detect stable.
Works with low glossy work and reflective rates are also detected, and stable long -distance detection is possible with low -reflectivity such as black rubber and other metal work, such as on/off at the distance to the work, rather than the difference in the amount of light receiving.
The low difference between the 5% white response (representative value) is achieved, and the ability is also demonstrated by step trial, such as whether or not the parts from a remote place. In addition, the detection accuracy is less likely to be reduced even at long distances due to the TOF method, and the black -and -white error is reduced.
The compact size of 17 × 32.8 × 44.4 (W × D × H) mm has been realized as a TOF format light electric sensor.
