・Various functions can be used with integrated display.Instantaneous/integrated flow rate display, gas type switching, C.F. arbitrary setting, alarm setting, calibration temperature switching, etc.
・RS485 communication function, analog output 4-20mA (can be changed to 0-5VDC/1-5VDC), integrated pulse output available
・Flow rate can also be controlled if the model has a needle valve.
