About This Product
REF_ICC80QSG_BPA2_84W is an 84W flyback-based reference design ideal for e-bike battery chargers. It uses a quasi-resonant flyback controller ICC80QSG and 700V CoolMOS™P7 technology in a small, flow-solderable SOT223 package.

・Secondary side regulation (SSR) constant current (CC) output: 0.2A to 2A
・Supports a wide range of output voltages from 6V to 42V
・230VRMS_Full power efficiency at AC input is 91% or more
・4-point average efficiency of 91% or more at 42V output load
・System standby power at 230VRMS_AC input is less than 200mW
■Main advantages
・Quasi-resonant (QR) valley switching realizes high efficiency and low EMI
・Cost-effective flyback MOSFET using CoolMOS™P7 in SOT-223 package
- Brown-in and brown-out hysteresis can be set
- Adaptive brownout level triggering based on output power protects primary side components from overheating and saturation with high brownout levels at high power outputs.
