About This Product
A friction-type torque sensor that measures the torque generated in an automobile's drive shaft and wirelessly transmits digital data. Installing the torque sensor is as simple as inserting the shaft and tightening it with screws. Charging can be done without removing the torque sensor. Measurement data is received by the dedicated digital telemeter receiver DT-041R-1, and can be recorded by the multi-recorder TMR-300 series, ultra-compact dynamic strain recorder DC-204R, and other recorders.
■Uses friction type gauge
General strain gauges require preparation for gluing and wiring of lead wires. Friction type gauges do not require adhesive work, so torque sensors with built-in friction gauges can be installed on the shaft much easier.
■Response frequency is 1.1kHz
Highly responsive measurements can be made even in simulated tests using fluctuating engine torque amplitude.
■Wide measurement range of ±16,000×10^-6 strain
It has a wide measurement range and can measure torques with large amplitudes.
■Easy to use as it is rechargeable
The power supply is rechargeable, so you can charge it with the torque sensor attached.
