About This Product
FITCAP (patent registered) is a locking cap that also solves rust. The deeply designed inner groove shape firmly grips the screw thread. Furthermore, the moderately hard elastic resin mixed with rust preventive agent adheres perfectly and shuts out moisture. Prevents nuts from loosening and rusting at the same time without using adhesives.
■POINT.1 No rust
FITCAP consistently exhibits excellent rust prevention performance due to the two effects of the rust prevention component contained in the resin material and the anticorrosion coating. It has passed various tests and its performance and quality have been highly evaluated.
■POINT.2 Don't fall
FITCAP has passed the vibration test according to the NAS3350 standard. It will not loosen no matter how strong the vibration or impact. It can also be used to prevent nuts from loosening.

Effective for fasteners where bolts are opened and closed regularly. It can be widely used for fastening parts of various equipment such as highways, railways, bridges, automobiles, aviation, roads, ships, steel towers, factories, power plants (wind power), etc.
■As a coating after performing ultrasonic inspection (application of US series)
The iron base of the crown of the anchor bolt, which has been polished by ultrasonic inspection, is exposed and will soon rust. When looking at legal inspections once every five years, it is necessary to prevent the loss of anchor bolts due to re-polishing, and using it as a coating is very effective.
■No “rust” even after 5 years
We opened the FITCAP (2017 production model, exposed outdoors) installed in customer equipment after 5 years and confirmed that there was no rust. FITCAP's excellent rust prevention performance has been proven.
■Can be opened easily
Can be used repeatedly without sealing (adhesive). Furthermore, since it can be removed and installed without the use of tools, the work time during periodic inspections can be significantly reduced.
■Can be used even if the screw thread is short
