Testo 106 The central thermometer is a small and portable food thermometer suitable for quick and safe temperature measurement required for food management. You can measure the central temperature of commercial kitchens, restaurant chains, supermarkets, and food during transportation.
Testo 106 can accurately measure the central temperature of food and other semi -solid products with up to twice a seconds per second. The excellent performance of this food thermometer is ideal for prompt measurement required for food management such as commercial kitchen, catering services, restaurant chains, and food retailers.
Testo 106 adopts an NTC thermistor temperature probe and can accurately measure the center temperature of the food. In addition, since the tip of the measuring sensor is 2.2 mm in diameter, the insertion mark is not noticeable.
You can set the threshold freely, and if you exceed the threshold, you can immediately recognize that the visual alarm and acoustic alarm will operate, so that the temperature has reached a serious temperature. Furthermore, the fixed display of the final measured value (auto -hold) is also a practical function when checking temperature and posting.
Testo 106 also has accessories (sold separately) for Topsafe protector with excellent waterproof properties. In addition, there are also deals with protector and holders. By attaching a TopSafe protector to Testo 106, the protection grade IP67 has been improved. Compatible with the HACCP and the en 13485 standard. This allows you to comply with the food management required for the guidelines.
This food thermometer comes with a probe protection cap that protects the tip of the measured sensor from damage.
