About This Product
The NTC Samista Waterproof Central Temperature Prove is suitable for EN 13485 and HACCP, especially suitable for food temperature measurement. The probe is made of stainless steel, the cable is a waterproof specification of a heat -resistant PTFE coating and a protective grade IP67.
The NTC Thermista Waterproof Central Temperature Prove (used by attaching it to a connected measuring instrument) is a temperature probe suitable for measuring the central temperature of the food.

Temperature measurement by thermista also uses the property that the resistance value of the sensor element changes depending on the temperature. However, unlike the measured temperature resistance type thermometer, the temperature coefficient is negative in the NTC thumista (that is, the resistance value decreases due to the rise in temperature). The characteristics and tolerance of thermista are not standardized.
