testo 350 multicomponent flue gas analyzer measurement box. Gas measurement cannot be performed by itself.
The testo 350 flue gas analyzer for NOx/SO2 measurement can measure up to 6 flue gas components. In addition to the standard O2 sensor, CO, NO, NO2, SO2, H2S, CxHy, and CO2 sensors can be selected.
The testo 350 is portable and can measure emissions quickly, so it can be used both for energy saving management by optimizing combustion conditions and for environmental protection by complying with gas emissions.

Flue gas analyzers are ideal for the analysis and measurement of industrial exhaust gases in the field of engines, burners, gas turbines and heat treatment plants: The testo 350 flue gas analyzer for a wide range of measurement and analysis tasks has a durable design and is also suitable for complex data acquisition.
In combination with the testo 350 control unit (sold separately), the exhaust gas measurement data can be graphically displayed and managed in an easy-to-understand manner. Easy to use: select burner, gas turbine, engine or user defined from the menu. Even if the flue gas measurement box cannot be placed in the flue gas pipe or measurement location, it can be remotely controlled by the control unit, so it is especially recommended when working with large-scale facilities.
testo 350 flue gas measurement box Contains the sensor system and electronics required to perform flue gas measurements. The testo 350 flue gas measurement box is equipped as standard with an O2 gas sensor. The measurement requires at least one additional sensor (up to 6 sensors can be installed). Optional sensors include gas sensors for CO, CO2, NO, NO2, SO2, H2S and CxHy.
The extended measuring range allows unlimited measurements even with high gas concentrations. To protect the sensor, measuring range extension (dilution) is automatically activated when the gas concentration rises rapidly. The measuring range of the selected sensor can be extended depending on certain factors. An opening in the bottom of the analyzer allows access to all relevant equipment and consumables (pumps, filters, etc.) for easy cleaning or replacement. The testo 350 also features numerous diagnostic functions and clearly displays measurement results and information. This flue gas analyzer always displays the latest measurement results.
The flue gas measurement box is controlled by a control unit, but can also be controlled directly by a desktop or notebook PC and the software easyEmission (via USB, Bluetooth® 2.0 or CANCase). After programming the flue gas measuring box, the measuring box performs measurements independently and saves the measurement results. The flue gas measurement box data can also be displayed/transferred to the control unit or software.
