You can quickly and accurately measure the food management performed when the food arrives. The slim type Testo 826-T4 has more functions and has the following features:
･ The surface temperature of the food can be measured very quickly by two infrared measurements per second. In addition, the resolution of 0.1 ° C is realized. If you reach the set limit or exceed the limit, you can perform accurate measurements using a fixed core temperature probe. This can accurately measure the central temperature of foods such as yogurt, cheese, and meat.
･ You can set two values as an alarm limit. If the limit is exceeded or does not reach the limit value, the alarm will work immediately with the sound and display display. Therefore, there is no need to check the display frequently or keep watching the temperature display.
･ The minimum/maximum display function shows the maximum and minimum value of the previous measurement. This allows you to monitor the food temperature safely and reliably. With the hold button, you can keep displaying the previous measurement temperature on the display.
･ During infrared measurement, the center of the measurement target is shown by the 1 point laser. Because of the spot ratio, it is suitable for measurement from short distance to medium distance.

･ Testo 826-T4 has a Topsafe protector that has an IP67 protection grade and protects the measuring instrument from shock and water. The Topsafe protector can be cleaned with a dishwasher if necessary. You can also measure the center temperature of frozen foods by using the attached frozen food drill. The thermometer can be protected by the wall hanging/belt holder for storage. You can also use a probe protection cap to protect the core temperature probe.
