Hydropuls® hydraulic actuators can be used in all static and dynamic applications requiring highly accurate simulation of motion, force, strain and acceleration.
■Challenges
Structures and individual parts are developed based on predicted service life calculations. This means ensuring that the product is fail-safe during its calculated useful life. However, validation of predicted service life calculations must be performed through laboratory testing with realistic simulation of service conditions including displacements, loads, and environment.
Loads in use must be applied to materials, components, and system modules in a controlled manner. The actuators required for this purpose must meet the highest requirements in terms of precision and controllability in order to achieve reliable results. Furthermore, such actuators must be robust and able to operate reliably over many years.

Hydropuls® linear and rotary actuators convert hydraulic energy into displacement or force on a specimen. The actuator is precisely controlled by 8800ml control electronics and servo valves. Hydropuls® actuators can be used in static and dynamic testing applications, from single-axis test machines to multi-axis test systems.
