About This Product
An external exhaust valve is installed in the middle of a leak tester and the work, and air exhaust is performed when the leak test is completed.
Works, water, oil, and dust, such as water, oil, and dust, can prevent foreign substances from entering and prevent breakdowns and deterioration of quality.
We recommend that you use it, especially in the case of a submerged view and an airy test.
G3-M/G3-Me: Structure in which the motion part and the detection circuit are separated to prevent the operation of the exhaust valve due to dust.
G3-M/G3-H: Each port to be connected to the work and master has a dedicated filter
･ This is a dedicated air operation valve that suppresses leaks, small volume changes, and temperature changes that cause errors in leak tests.
･ Because the flow rate can be increased, there is little effect on the pressurization time and exhaust time on the work.
･ It is an integral structure that allows the exhaust movement to be performed at the same time on the work side and the master side.
-The control of the pilot pressure is performed with an external exhaust valve compatible with an airy tester.
･ Pilot pressure piping is up to 3m. It may cause malfunction.
･ The installation location is as close to the work as possible, select a lower place than a leak tester, and install it horizontally.
