About This Product
Leak Master LM-1C is ideal for everyday inspection of Airy Tester. Leak Master is an accurate, stable and convenient micro -moo leak generator.
You can easily check the sensitivity in daily inspection and measure the accumulation of equivalent content.
There are three types of leakmasters: LM-1C, which is produced according to the specified test pressure and leak amount, LM-1C-J1 series with a specified leak amount, and LM-1ah that supports high voltage 1 to 4.9MPa.
◆ LM-1C series specification
In order to use it as an optimal judgment standard device, we will make it with the desired leak.
◆ LM-1C-J1 series specification
The LM-1C-J1 series is a standard leak master with test pressure and leak value as representative of the test pressure shown below.
The measured or calculated flow rate is attached as data at each pressure point. Large leaks are also available, so it is suitable for sensitivity schools.
◆ LM-1AH series specification
The LM-1AH series is a leak master that can be supported by high pressure. The test pressure is compatible with 1 to 4.9MPa, so you can see the specified leakage amount at high pressure.

Test pressure: 1 to 4.9 mpa
Leak amount: 0.1 to 50 ml/min
･ Produces the specified leak amount with the specified test pressure
･ Production accuracy within 5 % for the missing amount
･ However, the production accuracy within ± 10 to 20%for less than 2 ml/min
･ High-pressure LM-1Ah is ± 20 % 0.8 to 50 min for 0.1 to 0.7ml/min for ± 20 %
･ Easy and reliable air -tester sensitivity check
･ Because the change in the leak is small, it can be used stably for a long time.
･ Can be used in the case of external pressure detection (secondary side measurement) method
･ It is possible to connect directly to our airy tester calibration port
･ By using a dedicated adapter, it is possible to connect to the tester from the work to the tester.
･ By replacing the leak master with a dedicated sealing plug, it can be easily returned to a normal inspection state (no leak state).
