About This Product
■Micro soldering & resin welding
The fiber output laser system "FOM system" enables high-quality soldering without contact using a semiconductor laser. Soldering with an extremely small beam spot also supports fine soldering that is difficult to do manually.
Can be used for all soldering purposes. It also supports resin welding. Laser welding of resin does not require adhesive, and there is no need to worry about variations in the amount of coating, insufficient adhesive strength, or extrusion, allowing for highly productive welding.
■Compatible with various solder supply methods
Compatible with various solder supply methods such as thread solder supply, solder paste printing, solder application, and pre-soldering. Ideal for soldering workpieces that are sensitive to heat and cannot be passed through the reflow process. It is also possible to create a temperature profile that matches the characteristics of the soldering object.
