About This Product
A flow meter (area flow meter) is a conical tube (tapered pipe) with the upper end wider than the lower end, with a float placed inside it.The float moves up and down depending on the flow rate, and the balance position is determined. It is used to read and determine the flow rate. We have a variety of products such as flow meters with valves and flow meters with alarm functions that can not only measure flow but also control flow.
■Calibration fluid
The standard gases for our flow meters are Air, N₂, O₂, He, H₂, Ar, and CO₂. For these gases, we calibrate the scale of the flow meter using the actual gas depending on the conditions. For other special gases, we either calibrate the actual gas at our company or arrange for you to do so, or we calibrate the conversion scale using air, N2, etc. using a correction formula.
For gases with similar mass and properties, there is almost no problem using the conversion scale method, but the error may become larger when compared to the actual gas calibration scale method. In addition, in the case of special gases, it may be necessary to use special materials, or crystals may adhere to them, making measurement impossible.
