The ZD420-HC is the only thermal transfer printer that takes only seconds to remove and set the ribbon cassette. Furthermore, it has a safe design that will not cause any danger even if the user uses it incorrectly, so you can use it with confidence. A cryptographic chip built into the ribbon notifies the user when to replace the ribbon.
In addition, the ZD420-HC allows users to check the printer status, whether it is in hibernation mode, the barcode data to be printed, the ribbon status, and the communication network status by simply looking at the printer. This allows you to intuitively understand problems that prevent you from using your printer.
■Designed to completely disinfect the printer every day
It has been designed and developed with the aim of ``completely disinfecting printers every day'' in order to prevent the spread of virus infections in various places due to printers transmitting viruses. The housing body is made of a special material, and there are no screw holes or other places where viruses can escape and hide. The sealed button also makes daily disinfection easier.

The moving media sensor automatically detects labels that are misaligned in the center position and corrects the position, regardless of the size and width of the barcode label set in the printer. The ZD420-HC printer has the flexibility to add the functions you need when you need them.
Select communication method from USB, RS232C serial communication & Ethernet communication (automatic detection type), 802.11ac high-speed wireless LAN, Bluetooth 4.1 using existing equipment/retrofitting, retrofitting with label cutter or option to cut out labels in arbitrary number units, etc. is possible.

By tapping the ZD420-HC with an NFC-enabled smartphone, you can access how-to information and provide guidance to help you solve the problem if you are unsure of how to operate it or are having trouble with the printer.
