■Summary
The GENESIS glove box is an application-compatible glove box with a new concept that allows you to freely construct a system by combining various components.
The 1BOX type was created by American company VAC, which has determined the most convenient basic size of a glove box based on many years of experience and design. Although it has a compact design, it incorporates all the necessary functions and has ample work space inside the box.
*1.5BOX, 2BOX, 3BOX or more types, and double-sided types are also available.
*As an option, we can also manufacture various BOX types and other custom sizes.
■Functions/Features
1. Simple flow type glove box
It consists of the following standard items, so it can be used easily and at low cost as a flow type glove box.
・Glove box part: Basic size: W1,150×D762×H915mm (1BOX type), made of stainless steel, removable side plate ・Front panel, butyl glove, outlet in box AC 2 ports, DC 2 ports
・Stand with casters and adjusters
・Square antichamber (pass box): W254 x H254 x L305mm
・Front LED lighting
・Glove port cover for glove replacement
・Automatic pressure control function inside the glove box
・Purge control valve inside glove box
・Glove box organizer shelf (3-tiered, removable)
・Vacuum pump
2. A full-spec glove box system can be constructed by selecting various components.
By selecting various components, you can build a full-spec glove box system.
・GENESIS gas purification equipment: Has a built-in circulation fan, and the purification cylinder is a cartridge type, so regeneration is not necessary. Install and use inside the glove box. There are three types: oxygen removal, moisture removal, and moisture/solvent removal.
・GENESIS oxygen concentration meter: A simple galvanic cell oxygen concentration meter that can be connected directly to the glove box. 0.1-25% auto range measurement
・GENESIS Moisture Concentration Meter: A thin film aluminum oxide capacitive moisture concentration meter that can be connected directly to the glove box. Uses NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) traceability sensor
